Getting started is easy.
Everything you need to know about creating an account, accessing your training, and earning certificates with M.A.S.T Response.
1. Create your account
Click Login in the top-right corner, then choose Sign up. Enter your email and a secure password. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
- Use the email address you want certificates sent to.
- If you do not see the confirmation email, check your spam folder.
2. Access your account
Come back anytime and click Login. Once signed in you will be taken to your dashboard where you can see your enrolled courses, progress, and certificates.
- You can log in from any phone, tablet or computer.
- Use the same password you set during registration.
3. Find and enrol in a course
Visit the Online Academy or In-Person Training pages. Click on a course to read the details, then press Enrol or Book. Free courses start right away; paid courses include secure checkout.
- Use the category filters to narrow your search.
- Not sure which course you need? Contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
4. Take the course
Work through the lessons at your own pace. Each course is made up of short modules with videos, reading and knowledge-check quizzes. Your progress is saved automatically.
- You can pause and resume whenever you like.
- Complete all modules and pass the final assessment to finish.
5. Download your certificate
After you pass the final assessment, your certificate of completion will be available in your dashboard. Download it as a PDF and share it with your employer if needed.
- Certificates are generated immediately.
- You can download your certificate again at any time.
