Paediatric First Aid
Full 12-hour paediatric course meeting EYFS statutory requirements.

Course overview
A comprehensive two-day course covering both emergency and non-emergency paediatric first aid. Includes assessment of common childhood illnesses and injuries, with extensive practical work.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Provide CPR and use of an AED on infants and children
- Manage choking, bleeding, burns, scalds and fractures
- Recognise meningitis, asthma, anaphylaxis and febrile convulsions
- Understand head, neck and spinal injuries in children
- Maintain accurate first aid records and incident reports

Certification
Level 3 Paediatric First Aid certificate, valid for 3 years.
Price includes manual or handouts and registration. Minimum 4 students, maximum 12 per course.
