Course overview
A short, hands-on session keeping certified first aiders sharp on the most perishable skills. Strongly recommended by HSE between full qualifications.
Learning outcomes
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Refresh adult CPR and AED technique
- Practise recovery position and choking response
- Review bleeding control and shock management
- Discuss recent incidents and lessons learned

Certification
Certificate of annual refresher attendance.
Price includes manual or handouts and registration. Minimum 4 students, maximum 12 per course.
