1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the M.A.S.T Response website and online training services. By accessing our site or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should only use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
3. Course access and accounts
When you enrol in a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for the lifetime of your account. You may not share your login details or resell course access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
4. Payments and refunds
Course fees are payable at the point of enrolment unless otherwise agreed. For paid courses, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than a reasonable introductory portion of the course material.
5. Certification
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all required lessons and assessments. Certificates are for personal use and may not be altered or misrepresented. We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained through fraud or misuse.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, text, videos, images and branding on this site are owned by M.A.S.T Response or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. Harassment, abusive behaviour or submission of false information will result in immediate termination of access.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide our courses in good faith and to a high standard, but we cannot guarantee that they will meet every specific legal or workplace requirement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of the site or courses.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
